Upload/use uploaded docx as draft

  as the title says. I’ve been trying to ul a image-rich post via windows live writer but my crappy internet wouldn’t allow a complete upload with network . So instead I saved it as a ms word doc and ULed it via New Post>Add Media, and now I want to open the doc as a draft but found no options to let me do so.
