  I am uploading my own file hare in THEMES but it dose not processing here , i cant find my own theme . please help , iam stuck

  It seems like you’re using the WordPress.com FREE plan. You’ll have to upgrade to the Business plan to use custom themes or plugins.

  no sir you didnt understand, i am trying to say that while in free plan , dont i have the right to up[load my own downloaded themes from PC. My problem is that i cant do it because there’s not an easy option to upload my theme , please try to understand

  We understand you very clear, but the answer still stands: you can’t upload or install theme files unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
