Upper and lower case for post titles

  Hello,
  How do I make the title of my posts appear in upper and lower case? At the moment, it’s all capitals.

  It depends on the theme. You can override this with the Custom Design upgrade.

  The theme is Twenty Fourteen. I have the upgrade. How do I override the current setting? Thanks.
