Uppgrade to personal and change name

Hi! I want to update my blog to .com and I want it to be called minalune.com, when I’m doing this wordpress automatecly chooses premium but i only need personal. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
While logged in you can go here: http://wordpress.com/plans. Select the personal plan and when you get to the checkout screen, make sure that only the Personal Plan is in the cart. Just remove the Premium Plan if it is in the cart as well by x-ing out the item.

That’s because you are not selecting a plan first and then entering the domain.
Please go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to upgrade.

You can use the Personal Plan, yes, but you need to add the plan first. If you add the domain first, Premium is selected automatically.
Go to My Site ->Plans and buy the Personal Plan, and then you can go back and claim your free domain at My Site ->Domains ->Add.
