  premium upgrade says $79 per year, but when I click on it, it says it’s $79 for the first year because I already paid for a $20 10G space upgrade. Is it $79 per year or $79 for the first year?

  It would be $79 for the first year and $99 after that. The year after that, the space upgrade will be included in Premium.
