URGENCY – ACCOUNT AND WEBSITE

    Hi

    I think there is misunderstanding because you fix the problem (thanks) but it’s not about a transfer. It’s about a connexion.

    Wix, my new domain partner, cannot do anything. They can see my domain’s name but I need to get my wordpress primary domain as http://www.myhotelchic.com and my access to the name of DNS in order to change it.

    With a free domain with wordpress in the URL, I can’t connect my my domain (I paid until July 27th, I have the bill) because there is no area to change the DNS.

    I think you have to restore my primary site with http://www.myhotelchic.com.

    Please, help me because I can’t do anything since Sunday and it’s very difficult for my activity

    Hi Thomas – When you canceled your site and upgrades, this also canceled the domain myhotelchic.com. We have restored your site, and we are working to get the domain back. That will take a little longer. We will send you a follow-up email as soon as we have an update.
