I see you purchased the Premium plan and then upgraded to the Business plan afterwards.
The initial payment for the Premium plan has already been refunded. The amount you paid to upgrade from Premium to Business hadn’t been refunded yet so I’ve issued a refund for that and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Domains can only be refunded if they are cancelled within 48 hours of registration:
teaempireph.com was cancelled outside of the refund window so we can no longer issue a refund for the domain. Therefore, I have refunded the plan minus the domain cost.

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
