Urgent! 500 Internal Server Error

    I am new to creating websites and was using tutorials to build it so far. While editing my staging site yesterday, I created a new page but I closed the browser by mistake. When I reopened, I keep getting this 500 Internal Server error message and nothing seems to be working to re-enter the editing page so I cannot undo or change anything.

    I deleted all cache, history etc. on my browser but still did not help. Please help me with this issue.

    The error page says to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I got a Address not found error and could not find a contact number for WordPress.

    To add some more details. I used Bluehost and then clicked on the WordPress Edit option there to edit my website. Not sure if I was supposed to create an account separately on WordPress.com as well and connect my staging site there as well
