  June 29, 2019 – After six months of trying to fix this problem, my web site is still INCORRECT. I purchased Pinketies.com AS A PREMIUM ACCOUT with WordPress back in December 2018. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of making the username @teampinketiesrocks (this is also obviously not under premium, which is paid for). So that is what shows up in the URL. Can you please fix this???? What else can I do? I’ve tried to work with your ‘PUBLIC FORUM’ to no avail. And because I’m under the wrong username (teampinketiesrocks), I am unable to access direct communication with a WordPress Representative (via the ? button on the screen) that I paid for with the PREMIUM plan. Thank you.

  Hi there, if you are unable to log in with the pinketies user account, as mentioned in that now closed, earlier forum thread, you will need to try and recover it by following the guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
