This is my third message to you. I do not seem to find a number to call you on; which is making this process MUCH harder than it needs to be.
My domain is not working; I renewed it on your site on the 13th of September. It has been four days since it was shut down. We have a business that runs on this domain, so we will need your URGENT support to get this sorted.

This is the first message in this forum from this particular account. There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. eMail and Livechat with staff is available if you’re logged in to an account that has an upgraded plan. What is the address of the domain you need assistance with?

Hi there – thanks for responding. Not sure why this message was posted here, I was sending it to the expert team.
In any case, I would be grateful if someone, anyone, could help out here.We need our emails to work – they have been down since last week. I was sent a renewal link, by WordPress, which I followed and made a payment to renew my domain. This was on the 13th of Sept. I have tried in vain to up date my site’s DNS credentials, but it continues to show errors.
I need to establish where the domain renewal process is, and fast, as I have clients who are probably wondering why I am not responding to their emails.

That domain isn’t registered here at WordPress.com. What exactly did you renew? Mapping to WordPress.com? Perhaps you need to approach Tucows?

What? I have no idea – I was sent a link by someone at WordPress, so I just clicked and renewed. Following instructions.

Then you’ll have to wait until a member of staff replies here and checks your account. There may be a delay as a less staff than usual are currently available today.
