  Hello!

  I don’t understand why, but my pluggins that i tried to activate (astra, elementor) are not working properly, in fact they do not even appear for customization. Could you please check what the issue is.

  You can’t use third party plugins and themes on the wordpress;com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  But you don’t need those plugins, who by the way produce heavy and crappy html. On the wordpress.com platform we use blocks who have the same and even more possibilities, https://wordpress.com/support/category/writing-editing/blocks/

  Hi @rinamalesev,

  Are you trying to use Astra and Elementor on your globylenscom.wordpress.com site? If yes, you’ll indeed need a Business plan, as @staartmees noted.

  If it’s for another site, could you please share your URL?
