  why can’t I sign into my account. I purchased Cancerbully.org with Godaddy and now I cannot get into the site. My username is Cancerbully1 and I keep getting sent to Cancerbully2 and ask for setup and payment. My designer is trying to finish the site and now we cannot get into it.?

  Hello there. Since your site is not hosted at WordPress.com, there’s nothing we can do about it here. You can contact your hoster to get help from them. If you’re using WordPress’ open source software, you can get some help in this forum.
  Since WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completly separated entities, we can only help here users who are hosted at WordPress.com.

  Hi there,

  Your cancerbully2 username account on WordPress.com is something completely different from your Cancerbully1 admin user account on your self-hosted WordPress site.

  You can find the login page for your site at https://www.cancerbully.org/wp-login.php

  If your login details there don’t work for any reason, contact support at GoDaddy directly for help.

  The WordPress.org forums provide support for the WordPress software you’re using, but the community there have no access to your site and cannot directly help you reset your login credentials. Only your hosting provider can help with that.
