URGENT: access to admin email (transfer domain to siteground)

  • Our registrar is back online, and they’re still showing your domain as transfer locked. I’ve emailed them to ask that they remove the lock as you have opted out of it during the contact change a few days ago. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

    Okay, our registrar replied and said they removed your transfer lock, so you should be able to give it another shot. :-)

    I finally went through the transfer procedure.
    Now, the status of the domain transfer is “pending transfer”.
    May i know if there’s something else i need to do?
    Is this something you have to approve in your end or is it siteground’s end?

    Now all you need to do is wait. As long as you confirmed the transfer via the email Siteground sent you, the transfer should complete automatically by the end of the week, at which point the domain upgrade will automatically be removed from your account at our end.
