URGENT: Accidentally Deleted Domain From Account

  Hi,

  I received a message in the WordPress dashboard that was confusing and caused me to delete my domain and forfeit ownership, which was not my intention. The desired outcome was to keep the domain with WordPress and only host the site elsewhere. Is there a way to recover and reclaim ownership of my domain.

  We did not want the domain deleted. We wanted to coming soon removed! Can we please restore?

  Hi there! I was able to restore the domain for you.

  If you want to remove your hosting plan, then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. You will see the “domain registration” and “site plan” as two separate purchases. To remove the site plan, click on it, then click “Cancel plan.”
