URGENT: Add Payment method billing address error

    I am trying to add a credit card but wordpress does not prompt me to add a billing address:

    Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
