  I am the administrator for our company and need to set up administrative access for our paid account. Our website is currently down, so I require assistance as soon as possible.

  Your AI customer service bot advised me to respond with “connect me to a human.” However, when I did so, I received a message stating that human support is only available for paid plans and directing me to the community forums, which led me here.

  Since we are on a paid plan and this issue is time-sensitive, I would appreciate immediate assistance.

  Are we definitely talking about a site hosted here at WordPress.com? This new account you have created most likely isn’t on a paid plan. You need to be logged in to the account that does have the paid plan. What is the full URL of the site in question.
