  Dear WordPress Support Team,

  I hope this email finds you well.

  I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my website, https://journalists.org.uk/qonnect/. This website hosts the content of my graduation project from Newcastle University in the UK, and it appears that all the content has been cleared.

  I have contacted my university’s IT department, but they informed me that they are unable to log in and assist with this issue. Given that my university uses WordPress for hosting our projects, I am unsure if the content deletion is a result of my graduation, which may have triggered an automatic cleanup. The project holds significant importance for me, and I am deeply concerned about the possibility of losing all the work I have done.

  I would like to inquire if there is any possibility to restore the content of my website. Alternatively, if restoration is not feasible, could I at least be provided access to copy the content before it is permanently lost? This would greatly assist me in preserving the effort and work I have dedicated to this project.
