It looks to me like you are trying to mix coding your site by hand–but doing it on top of the existing theme and platform provided by wordpress.com. The result is the hot mess you are experiencing. If you want the freedom to code your site from the ground up, you might be better off with a wordpress.org install.

I had working for about an hour, the problem is something with theme or the font, and jumbling up, It’s like the stting are all screwed up, my static page is assigned correctly.. Is there a way to <iframe> from the other page so I stll have my header??? or link it in someway???

First of all, you need to add HTML code to the Text tab in your editor, not the Visual tab. That should fix a lot of your issues.

You cannot use iframes on WordPress.com.

I did that, after you add the HTML to the text tab, you can click on visual to see what it looks like, in a sense and flip back and forth

Looking more closely at your page, you have a lot of content there that will not validate as HTML. In particular, you have functions in your content that will not work on WordPress.com.
I’m not really sure where you’re getting the code for your page. Did you copy it from a static HTML site? If so, you probably would be better off copying just the text and rebuilding the rest of the page using our internal editing tools.
If you want to use custom CSS, you would be better off getting the Custom Design upgrade so you can add your own styles to the customizer.
Also, you can use tables in the Text editor if they’re necessary, but in your case it looks like you’re trying to replicate navigation and other functionality through them.

Okay, now we are getting some and this is a well navigated page, except I actually only need to script the page to link in and the webpage will perform the function not wordpress, so how do I script the link without all the rest of the code, as if that page would view the webpage like you went to that link, but with my theme from word press and blogging option, like the blog.Newday.cnn has with word press??:?
