Urgent Assistance Required: Email issue

    Dear WordPress Support Team,
    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are experiencing an issue with receiving the account activation email for the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). 

    Despite multiple attempts to request a new activation email, we have not received any correspondence. As a result, we are unable to test the plugins purchased with order number 5109682074. 

    We kindly request your assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Additionally, we would like to cancel the backup subscription that was mistakenly added to our account.

    We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters and look forward to your response.

    To solve your issue, I suggest contacting a WordPress.com Happiness Engineer. The happiness engineer will be able to pull up your account and solve your issue as soon as possible.
