Urgent Assistance Required: Purchase Disabled on My Account

I am currently in the process of attempting to purchase an upgrade through your website but am having difficulty. After consideration, I believe that the issue may be with my location. At the moment I am on an extended vacation in Europe, but am attempting to use my American debit card in order to make the purchase. However, due to my location, the purchase is coming up in euros rather than Dollars. Is there any way to remedy this issue?
