URGENT – blog hacked – no access to it

My other blog has been hacked and I can’t login with my password anymore to make any changes to it. I create this blog just so I could contact you, but it turns out you don’t have a direct email for support.

Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs
Read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

@timethief: I can’t login, so how can change my password if I can’t login to account?
staff-blorbo: I would be happy to give you the url, but I worry a bout security. I’m not sure a public forum would be the right place to tell you the url. Are you part of the wordpress support team? -
macmanx is Staff and I forgot to ask you for the URL. Without it there can be no moving forward.

@timethief: I see. I apologize, but it just doesn’t feel right to give info on public forums. I’m not an expert, so I’m not sure how to proceed. It would be much easier if someone could contact me directly. I’m sure you guys have my email address (for this account at least) and I can give you more details, like the url address, once we are connect safely. The blog in question belongs to the company I work for and I can disclose more info until I get an private e-mail from wordpress staff. I hope you can understand.
