Urgent – Can not map domain

I have several blogs to map to a domain and I was able to map 3 blogs. But since this morning, when I try to map a blog, I was notified that “the purchase is locked and I have to contact support”. Can you please do something to unlock my purchase ? It’s urgent.

Can I know why I was unable to purchase ?
Recently, there has been fraudulent activity with some users making multiple credit card transactions in a short period of time. We have a system in place to catch this activity and we check to see if the activity is legit or indeed fraudulent. In your case, we saw that everything was okay, so we lifted the block.
Can you make a commercial gesture for the inconvenience ?
