Urgent cancellation of pro pack

  Cancel pro pack for truthmark.org

  Please could you cancel our pro pack upgrade on the site truthmark.org as soon as possible. the reason for this is that after completing my domain mapping, we lost our email with our third party email host since we are using the same URL truthmark.org for our email.

  Our email host has supplied us with the MX register information, but we continue without email and now without the web working either.

  The final reason is that we purhcased the pro upgrade also to take advantage of viodepress, but videopress does not work well with the premium theme duet which we are using. The theme developer has told me that for now duet works better with vimeo – although there is a ticket to address this issue.

  I have been several days working on this trying to fix everything, and all week we have been without a website and email and I now need to pull the blog and give up. Please therefroe cancel my pro upgrade and refund us our money.

  I’ve canceled and refunded your Value Bundle purchase as requested.

  If you would like to get it a try later, please let me know. It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for DNS changes to take full effect across the internet.

  I can also see that your MX records might not have been formatted properly. For future reference, DNS records should follow a form like this:

  A mail 12.345.678.90
  CNAME subdomain domain.com.
  MX 0 mail.provider.com.
