URGENT – Changed WordPress URL and Site URL and now I can't access my website!

    I accessed Settings > General and changed the WordPress URL and Site URL to what I wanted the new URL to be. From http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974 to http://www.pilpelbythesea.com.au.

    Now I am unable to access the website, WP dashboard/admin/login, and receiving 404 Error’s left right and centre. I have done everything recommended to fix the problem and nothing has worked – it should have been such a simple fix, but all the solutions seem to work for everyone but me. What could have I done differently?

    For example,
    – I changed the Site and Home URL back to the original in CPanel (phpMyAdmin)
    – added: define(‘RELOCATE’, true);
    – added define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974′); define(WP_SITEURL’,’http://27.121.64.62/~pipi7974′);
    – I tried disabling the plugins and accessing the website.

    NOTHING HAS WORKED, maybe I am following instructions incorrectly? What else is there for me to do? Please help!

    Those sites are not hosted b y WordPress.COM and we provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted sites. You are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
