*URGENT: CLIENT SITE DOWN

  My company website, http://www.inksideouttattoo.com/blog is no longer working. I accessed the website through http://www.inksideouttattoo.com/blog/wp-admin.php? and then went to Settings, then General and tried to remove the “/blog” from the website’s long URL and now the site is down. Can someone help me out get this back up and running?

  Hi there,

  I’m really sorry to hear that this site is down, however it looks like it is actually a WordPress.org, self-hosted site. This means that there is very little that we can do to help. The good news is that there is a lot of information available about how to fix the type of changes you have made if you go to:

  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Further, the people that you host with might be able to help! I did a quick lookup, and it appears that your hosting is with a company called DreamHost.com. If you give them a call they might be able to help out!

  Thanks for your feedback! I’m trying to regain access to the domain – looks like whoever made the site bought the domain with GoDaddy and then is hosting it on DreamHost but the site is a WordPress site. Seems like too many points of contact here!

  Hoping to get the site back up and running ASAP :)
