Urgent Comment Question (Please Click!)

How come sometimes when I comment on another wordpress it doesn’t show my comment and just makes the page go to the top. At other times I will see me comment right after I post it, but like today, no matter what, in every wordpress it doesn’t show my comment and I am normally logged in my wordpress site.

I don’t know why you think this is urgent, especially since the site linked in your user name has been deleted. If you have a wordpress.COM blog, please provide the link.

Its urgent because its annoying when I can’t post a comment on any wordpress site.

Ah, everything is urgent with CPer’s right? Sounds like you’ve been marked as spam. Contact the folks at akismet.

I am suprised you know what is Cp. Yes, I want to comment on other wordpress’s but it won’t let me. I’ll try to contact akismet although I really don’t know why they marked me as spam. I never recall spamming.

I don’t have a clue what CP is, except that it stands for Club Peguin and everything with you kids is a drama. Oh, and you all use the same “Silver is the new black” theme.

Yes, except I am a teen. And yes, many of us do that because on other theme’s when we post a full picture it cuts part of it and then it makes the wordpress look spread out and messy. I have contaced Akismet. How long does it take until I get a response? Also will them make me post comments again?

No idea how long it takes. Go post on some of your friends’ blogs and have them fish the comments out of the spam filter. That will make it work faster.

You said it did SHOW you comment. That generally means it is in the spam filter on that blog.

Today is the first day its happening to me. All the days before I could perfectly post any comment. And it won’t let me post comment on ANY wordpress blog.

I just realized on my blog, it allows me to comment. On EVERY OTHER wordpress blog it does NOT allow me to comment. Its as simple as that. I really need this problem solves as it is very irritating to me. Hopefully I will recieve a respond from Akismet soon.

Surprisingly everything started working again. I can post comments on different blogs. Thank you Vivian Paige.

And I saw the comment you left on my blog in my spam filter (must have been there before Mark fixed you) so hopefully you can comment elsewhere now.
