  how do I change the name in my site and how do I go from Blog to other kind of site?

  Removing the “.wordpress” part of your site address does require a paid custom domain upgrade: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  However, you’re able to change your site address at any time for free, baring in mind that the “.wordpress(.com)” part will remain present. Changing a site address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/
