  If you open the link https://wordpress.com/ and sign-in, you will see a blue admin bar on the top. Select My Sites on the top-left, it will take you to your primary domain.

  If you have multiple sites created in your account:
  There is a Switch Site button beneath My Sites. You can see all the sites added to your account here and switch between them.

  If you don’t see your site https://hampshirewriterssociety.co.uk in your current account with the username hitchenp63, then you might have created it with another user account.

  I have added ‘modlook’ tag so that the staff can help you to access your blog.

  Hi hitchenp63,

  The account you are currently logged in to doesn’t have a user account on hampshirewriterssociety.co.uk, which suggests you have more than one WordPress.com account (as @yashitamittal11 suggested).
