  The domain has expired but there is no way to renew it.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any domains from us. Of which domain are you speaking?

  Note that we can only restore and expired domain at the request of the account that owns the domain.

  You need to contact us from the account that owns that domain.

  Please log in with the tistein username and contact us again. If you’re unable to access that account, please follow our Account Recovery guide:

  Recover Your Account

  Also, that domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption.
