URGENT Domain Expired – Need to reclaim immediately

My domain was set to autorenew but didn’t. Now it is in the redemption period and I need to pay the fee to reclaim it. My initial contact to support was on my email address connected to the domain that isn’t working. So if they responded, I never received them because my email went down with my domain. I have been submitting support tickets since yesterday to try to get this resolved but haven’t heard back.
This is an urgent matter and I am panicking because I saw that support will be out next week. Is there someone from support that can respond to my support requests so I can pay the fee and get this issue resolved? I am desperate to hear back from someone!
Does anyone have a tip on how to contact support more quickly?
