URGENT. Domain Expiring in 8 Days, Cannot Renew

    This is my third time posting in this forum, third time emailing wordpress without receiving a response, at least the fourth time being told by wild west domains that only wordpress can help me…I am getting desperate and this forum looks like my only shot, please help!

    The domain I purchased 3 years ago from wordpress.com is set to expire, yet I received an email on March 14 saying that it had failed to auto-renew. When I went to my wordpress account I found no trace of the domain, however, only of an old *****.wordpress.com blog. I cannot renew a domain that, according to wordpress, does not exist. For the past two out of three years I have been running my site on wordpress.org through bluehost but paying for the domain through wordpress.com. I have received several emails from both bluehost and wordpress.com telling me to renew before my domain expired, but when I follow the link in those emails my account still does not list the domain. My domain is tamaralang.com.

    I am in the early stages of publishing a book, and I have three years maintaining this website for this moment in my career. I cannot lose all of that work. Please help me…I am out of options.

    You are logged into the wrong account. You need to log in as the username, tamannlang, and you will be able to access the domain to renew it.

    I am closing this duplicate thread. Please reply in the other thread where I answered you if you need more help with this.
