Urgent domain mapping expired

  We urgently need domain mapping restored on a domain.
  We have in the past always paid for this mapping without issue
  but now when we click ‘renew’ a blank page with no content appears – and no error message. It is only when I look at the console do I see the javascript error “User or Token does not have access to specified site.”

  Our client is extremely angry as the site is now offline.

  Note we have always renewed in the exact same way and have not encountered this error before. We need to get the domain mapping restored urgently

  The domain is coearts.org
  I see the domain has been changed so it is now set to expire in 2 days so the site is back live for now.
  Thanks for doing that.

  There is some confusion with the client. She is unsure but thinks she may have changed something which has perhaps revoked our permissions to map this domain. Can you tell us how we can renew this domain and also have it auto renew in future.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve looked into this a little deeper and when ownership of the blog was transferred, the upgrades remained on your account. This is why you are seeing an error message when you try and renew.

  While you’ve been able to renew in the past, the domain mapping upgrade now needs to be transferred to claremorrisarts, but I need their permission to do so. I can contact them by email or they can login and reply here to confirm. Please let me know which option you would prefer.

  In the meantime, the upgrade will be active for a couple more days while we get this sorted out.
