Urgent: Domain Ownership and Renewal Issue

I am the rightful owner of rmcleb.com, but I am currently unable to access or manage it through my WordPress.com account. Despite my ownership, I am unable to renew or register the domain, and this issue has persisted for over a week.
Additionally, when attempting to purchase a paid plan to reach support, I am prompted to enter my domain name. However, I receive the following message: “This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.”
I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Please advise on the necessary steps to regain control of my domain.

It looks you are logged in to the wrong account. As you have a paid plan, simply use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that domain – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
