URGENT!! Domain Renewal Issue!

  Hi WordPress,

  Please assist, my domain needs to be renewed and website has gone offline as a result. the registrar is http://www.wildwestdomains.com, they provided me with a wordpress support email address (support@wordpress.com) the reply to this address states that wordpress do not respond to messages to that address.
  This is the second time I am reaching out to WordPress for assistance here as according to Wild West Domains only you can resolve this issue.

  I am at a loss as to what to do next and this is having a negative revenue impact on my business. Please respond asap.

  Hi there,

  Your domain upgrade with us expired on 25 July, and your domain has since been cancelled and removed from our system.

  It might still be possible to get the domain back from our registrar, but at this point there is a $80 recovery fee on top of the regular renewal fee to do that. If you agree to pay this, let me know and I’ll send you an email outlining the next steps.

  Otherwise, you can wait for the domain to be released, at which point you can register it again. But this can take two months and in that time someone else could buy the domain at private auction at which point you’ll lose it completely.
