Urgent. Domain transfer

  Good afternoon

  I would like to move my website currently on WordPress to a new hosting company yet in my dashboard I can only see my subdomain and I have a com sitting there as well which I cannot see to make the necessary changes to in order to transfer to a new hosting provider. Could somebody please give me some guidance on this? Thank you in advance

  If you want to move only your domain. follow the instructions:

  Hi there,

  Please see my reply to you in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/urgent-registrar-transfer-denied/

  You no longer own allisonhuot.com as you transferred ownership of that domain and your site to another account on 5 December. Only that user now has the ability to transfer this domain.

  I’m closing this thread as a duplicate. Please reply on the other thread if you have more questions about this.
