URGENT: Domain Transfer declined by wordpress

    Hi! I was trying to make a domain transfer from wordpress to siteground (was given the EPP code & was able to initiate a transfer with siteground) but it was declined. I contacted siteground and they said that it’s an issue with wordpress….possibly that they didn’t approve the transfer in their system.
    I really need to get assistance to this as my domain is expiring soon and i have paid them already.
