URGENT: Don't have access to actual account

I am with a company called Freightview. several years ago, we created a wordpress account to host a WooCommerce plugin. Since then the company has been sold and bought.
Recently our Woocommerce plugin has fallen by the wayside in terms of being compatible with the latest versions. Because of this, we need to update our plugin on the WooCommerce store.
However we are currently unable to do so as we need to sign in using our wordpress account. We do not know who originally set up the plugin, and are unable to retrieve the password (because we don’t know what e-mail is on file).

**I tried to go through the proper channels of resetting password, however we don’t have any of the account verification forms you were needing.
