URGENT – email is not functioning as I have changed the server

Please can you advise me URGENTLY (I emailed about 5 hours ago and have had no response) how to resolve my email not being received due to the change of server details.
my mail server needs to be changed back to: mail.silvergumfarm.com and the IP address needs to be: 103.254.137.18I have customers trying to send me emails and they are not bouncing back but not getting through either.
