URGENT: Error 500 after using staging plug in

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I recently attempted to push changes from a staging site using WP Staging Pro to my live site. Now, I get a HTTP ERROR 500 when I look up my site url and I also do not have access to the dashboard. I do however have access to my staging site dashboard, it just doesn’t seem to have pushed into the live site to be made public and accessible to others. How can I fix this? Currently no one can access the site. Thank you!

Hi, the site you’ve linked doesn’t appear to have much content posted recently. I’m also going to assume you’re not referring to http://saapriblog.wordpress.com/ since only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. To confirm, is that the site you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?

Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (which I highly suspect) rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)
