URGENT Fatal error: call to undefined function

Hi!
I just started working at a company and they asked me to edit their wordpress website. Now, I have a free wordpress blog, without a domain, that I built and edit without issues. I have enver dealt with wordpress sites hosted elsewhere (servage in this case, though the information I have for that account doesn’t work either).
There was this link to edit the website, which is a few years old: http://test.saga-films.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Ftest.saga-films.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
I updated the website’s theme and it broke the whole thing, now both our website and even the link to access it (the one above) lead to this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function determine_locale() in /storage/content/39/1009739/sagafilm.be/public_html/wp-content/themes/Zephyr/common/functions/helpers.php on line 142
I can’t login through the usual wordpress login, I therefore can’t use the live chat.
I have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can manually remove the theme mentioned in the error:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/managing-plugins/#manual-uninstallationOr, ask your host to help you restore a good backup
