Urgent: Fatal error message after deactivating Real Simple Security Plugin
-
Hi,
I’m currently unable to access my website. After deactivating the Real Simple Security Plugin, the site crashed, and all I see is the following error message:
Fatal error: Failed opening required ‘/data/a/f/af8fb619-8aa1-45d9-9caf-cd042676634c/epyx.sk/web/wp-content/advanced-headers.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in Unknown on line 0
II tried to log into my FTP, but the mentioned file doesn’t exist. In an attempt to resolve this, I created a new, empty file with the same name and the site partially loaded, but it wasn’t working properly at all. I also attempted to activate the plugin through phpMyAdmin by modifying the active plugins in the
optionstable, but that did not resolve the issue.I’ve read suggestions to check and modify the
wp-config.php,.htaccess, oruser.inifiles to correct the path, but I’m unsure what changes to make since the required file doesn’t exist.Could you please assist me with fixing this issue?
Thank you for your help!
