Urgent!! File page still posted

  I have deleted my site page, however, my file document is still visible. I need this information taken down immediately. Please HELP!! I cannot post the full site link due to privacy issues. However, the link destion name is similar to the following: domainname.files.wordpress.com/nameoffile
