[URGENT] Getting A record to point to the IP address

    I am the admin for globalprivatemuseumnetwork.com, which now uses 123-reg as my nameserver. Since I have change my nameserver, my website is completely gone!

    Would any WordPress admin be able to provide the A record for me so that I can map my domain? I am very worried since the website has been gone for quite a while without being resolved.

    Please help! Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to connect that domain to a WordPress.com site? To which WordPress.com site?

    I don’t see any mapping upgrade for that domain on any site on WordPress.com, which you would require in order to connect the domain here. Your account has never owned a mapping upgrade here, nor has the domain ever been mapped here.

    Your domain’s name servers and IP address shows it as hosted with digitalocean.com, and that site loads fine for me. If it’s not working for you, I suggest you contact Digital Ocean for help instead, as we don’t have any access to that site.
