  Hi there,

  Why i cannot activate the theme and plugins in my website

  I see that your website, raskinpaul.wordpress.com is on Free WordPress.com plan. In the Free plan, you are restricted to add plugins to the website. To get this feature activated, you require WordPress.com Business plan. (See this: https://wordpress.com/pricing/)

  Although, you have the choice to use any of the Free themes available in the Theme library. Visit My Site -> Themes -> Free, to explore free themes available to you.
