urgent help!!!!!!

    installing third party theme and customizing, wordpress is not letting me customize my installed third party paid theme, they are always giving me free version one which has been done as free for the first time, but now we are business, we can’t spend our important time for waiting to get reply after 5 hours, please reply us as soon as possible. we are using wordpress paid version.
