URGENT HELP – CUSTOMER SERVICE WORDPRESS

    Hi to whomever this email concerns,

    Hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you regarding your services. In a past event where we used your service we had a few problems:

    1. Emails were not being delivered at the time when the customer bought the event ticket. Customers needed to wait 2-3 days for the barcode to arrive with information about the event.

    2. The website shut down 1-2 times during the week. It was running slow and malfunctioning from time to time.

    We want to avoid these problems happening in future events since we received many criticisms from our customers.

    Our business consists of two forms of income. We create events around big communities and we sell around 400-800 tickets per event. We also rent our websites to other businesses that make events.

    Currently, we are planning a very big event, and we want to make sure these problems don’t happen again and that we can rely on your services.

    Please help us solve and identify these problems. Services in use are HostGator, WordPress, WooCommerce, and FooEvents.

    Hi there, from what I can see, both your above sites are using the open source WordPress software, however, you’ve posted to the community support forums for sites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.     Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider, Hostgator, for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page. If this is a plugin issue, the best place to ask for help is in the plugin’s direct support forum.
