URGENT HELP, Domain for the thedishonhealthy.com cannot be renewed on my own- can you guys do it?

I just heard back from the support team, still no resolution in sight. It has been the worst customer service experience for me, personally.. and my website is down for a second day in a row since Sunday at midnight. I have tried both links you sent and it won’t even let me into my domain management page:
When I click on: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/all/edit?site=Thedishonhealthy.com It shows up blank, I see absolutely nothing.
REPLYING urgently to let you know I can’t renew my domain on my own and need your help to renew this domain, ASAP. Please message or call.. I’ve got my cell: [REDACTED], please let me know if you need a valid credit card on file to renew the domain as well. This outage has really hurt my blog and my business.

I pulled up your support history and it looks like the domain expired in April 14, 2021, so I’m surprised your site was still loading under that domain.
As it’s been more than 42 days past expiration, your options are limited here.
In order to start the recovery process, we need you to pay the domain registration fee for this next year. Once that has been paid, we’ll contact the domain registrar to try and recover the domain. If we’re unsuccessful, we’ll refund that registration fee.
I’ve sent that payment request to the email address on file for your WordPress.com account. Please remit payment and once you’ve done so, reply here and we’ll reach out to the domain registrar. We won’t be notified once that payment request has been paid, so please let us know ASAP.
Let us know if you have any questions. Otherwise, we’ll wait to hear back from you!

I’ve just replied on email as well, I wanted to confirm I’ve remitted payment already… Please reach out to the domain registrar and let me know if I can recover “thedishonhealthy.com” it is vital to my business; I’ve worked so hard over the last 5 years to lose the domain people know and go to. I will never miss a domain registration renewal, again. :)

I’ve just replied on email as well, I wanted to confirm I’ve remitted payment already…
The same staff that replies to posts on the forums is the same staff that helps you via email, so please keep your correspondence here to avoid confusion and duplication of work as this won’t recover your domain any faster.
I’ve sent the email request to the domain registrar and now we need to wait for them to respond. It can take anywhere from a few hours up to 48 hours for a response from them, so we ask that you be patient while we wait to hear back. We’ve done all we can at this point.
We’ll let you know in your thread here as soon as we have any new informaiton.
