urgent help: get in my account

Hello, I have a web site with you which is http://www.cocinatuvida.com I work on it as Ruth Magem with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). There is no way of getting in, I was trying to do again my password and what happend after many times of trying, because it did not work at all for all those many times the machine opend a new account for me and I can not get an access to my http://www.cocinatuvida.com at all now, so I don’t know what to do because now it doesn’t even give me a new password any more. I need urgent help because I need to work and I can not get in.
Please help me. Thank you.Ruth

It looks like this is a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

It looks like the site is registered with Soluciones Corporativas IP S.L. Does that sound familiar? They may be able to help you regain access.
