Urgent Help!! Lost website ! Mistake made in the dashboard general settings!

I am a web developer for a client. I made a mistake when updating a new domain name. I forgot to add the .com the general settings for the website. I can not get back into the website to fix the changes. The website is http://www.viral-ilakshya.com/wp-admin I need to get into the dashboard to reset the original domain name. We purchase another domain http://www.viral-universe.com I forwarded the domain name to http://www.viral-ilakshya.com in the dashboard I put http://www.viral-universe with out the .com can someone please help me? Not sure if our customer has the original user name and password he seems not be able to find it.

Sorry but that site is not hosted WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with your WordPress.ORG issue. We cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
