1 How to embed youtube videos on my blog?
2 How best to use the “Reblog” option?
Bacjgroung I rebloged a post on my blog. Is this a fair thing?http://itspak.wordpress.com/2012/02/01/556/.
3 How to have 3 or 4 pictures to represent a gallery and remaining are hidden as we use “more” in text.
Background There is a gallery in my blog containing many pictures (Gallery of images). I don’t want to have only one picture(using gallery format). Though using “standard” format looks odd as it covers much space there on my blog and page load takes more time. -

1. Go to new post, under the title, next to “Upload/Insert” click the camera icon. Then a pop up window should show up. Inside it, click the second tab “From URL”, then click the circle that says “Audio, Video, or Other File” and you can put in the youtube video url and your own title if you’d like.
2. Not quite sure what you mean. Reblogging is fine, that’s what it’s there for. Can you specify a little more?

3) When you do insert media above the More Tag – select “From Gallery” if you want to use a picture from the Gallery above the More Tag – then you can have one (or two etc.) above the More Tag – I use that one a site I am setting up for History – the site has mostly pictures in Galleries and I use only one of the Gallery pictures above the More Tag to keep loading times quick and not require visitors to load things they are not interested in.

Can you specify a little more?
I just saw a post somewhere and reblogged it on my blog. The content was quite suitable for my blog. can the original poster report me of stealing?
@Auxclass
I did not understand you at all. Maybe you too.
I asked can I use a few pictures to represent the whole gallery? -
I use the More Tag a lot – I take one picture from the Gallery in the Post and copy the Picture (insert) above the More Tag so visitors can see one picture from the Gallery to give them a bit to help them decide if they want to look at the whole Post.
-
It is up to the original poster to decide if what you reblogged is a problem or not; if they assert their copyright, you MUST take down the post.

Thanks
I don’t want my blog to be blocked of copyright. In fact I’m the author of it. And the administrator will kill me if I did something wrong with her blog :D
I’m going to remove that post.
What about the gallery? -

Hey I got the consent of the blogger to reblog her content for which she thanked me lol :)
But I can’t find any way to edit the reblogged post. Can’t I edit it? I want to edit it cause it’s title is “Featured images” while these are not the feature images of mine. http://itspak.wordpress.com/2012/02/05/683/. -
Please scroll down and read this: Can I edit a post I’ve reblogged?
http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/01/22/reblogging-is-back/
Note that changing the title of the other blogger’s post is not antcipated at all. Every post has a unique title provided by the blogger who created and published it, and editing the title would amount to changing the URL. That’s not anticipated nor acceptable reblogging practice at all. -
-
Think about it please. Changing an original URL of a reblogged post would mean the link juice would not flow to the original post as it ought to.
-
Sorry but changing the title doesn’t seem to change the url of it. The url will still remain the old one and all credits will remain there. I thought this feature one of the best ones on wordpress but after this conversation I thought it to be mess.
